Stallion Station, a magnificent 400 acre property formerly known as Cornwall Park, is strategically located only 40 kilometres north-west of Melbourne and 20 minutes from Tullamarine airport.
The brainchild of prominent Perth businessman, breeder and owner Gary Lyons, Stallion Station is unique in the world of standardbred breeding being the only establishment to have stallions only in residence. It is also the only non-Government quarantine base in Victoria.
The farm operates as a collection and distribution centre with facilities to stand up to 20 sires. Fresh and frozen semen is delivered by couriers to studs, veterinary practices, AI technicians and individual breeders all over Australia and New Zealand within hours of collection.
Stallion Station based at Toolern Vale 25 minutes from the Tullamarine Airport Melbourne and Canterbury near Christchurch, is an independent stallion semen collection centre.
